After you sign up, you’ll receive a confirmation email and be taken to a page with simple steps to create your CleanCloud account.

Once set up, your CleanCloud account lets you manage your settings and service preferences, view all pickup and delivery photos, and access every itemized order invoice.

Common Questions

Must I order a pickup every week?

Not at all! We’re ready to come by as often as every week, but you’re always in charge of the schedule. Choose the weeks that work for you by responding to or disregarding our weekly text/email.

When is the first pickup?

Your first pickup option is Wednesday, September 30, and your first delivery option is Friday, October 2. After that, pickup and delivery options will continue on the same days every week.

What is the billing structure?

Your per-item charges for our services stay the same—nothing changes there. For Doorstep Garment Care, there is a monthly subscription of $10 per month, and each order has a minimum charge of $25.

What if I need service outside my normal window, or if I miss the weekly pickup day?

Our service is built around a routine, predictable schedule. When we avoid the cost of inefficient routes, we’re able to pass those savings on to you. If you Doorstep Garment Care on a day outside your usual route, we can still help—a minimum order charge of $75 applies to those off-route orders.
